we dont currently have a 2nd rounder...I don't think Rat will be overly keen to move interstate so if there's any local interest I daresay they'd be the early favourites. If he did elect to leave I'd be looking for a second rounder; he's very clearly an AFL standard midfielder in my mind.
People would argue pick 10 for bickers let alone griffithsYou don't give away 24 - 25 year old key forwards who have had decent seasons lightly..

yeah, i reckon.I'm serious haha
I'd play him half forward flank. He'd be an upgrade on Neade in my opinion![]()
If Rat goes we're more likely to look for picks we can flip for Hurley or some other target in a package deal I would say.we dont currently have a 2nd rounder...
no player that catches your interest?
Imo, if a team picks him up it's to play him as a midfielder. He's an ordinary forward, which is half the reason he hasn't been able to get a consistent run at AFL level with us. Picking him up as a forward/mid is a bit of a waste of his talents. Just my view though of course.I'm serious haha

yeah, i reckon.
would like to get him to play on a wing. Interchangeable with Palmer next year.
very quick and has elite foot skills, which is something we are lacking
He is a goal kicking mid. use to rush his disposals a bit but seems very composed now.If Rat goes we're more likely to look for picks we can flip for Hurley or some other target in a package deal I would say.
With that said, if he does elect Port a deal will get done. Perhaps a '17 pick. In terms of players...not anyone you'd want to lose. I do wonder if we would still be interested in Lobbe but his value is almost impossible to gauge now, and that contract is a killer.

anything from Port that may interest you?
say another back flanker?![]()
BRWB advocating a trade for another small? Is this real life?Only watched him a little, what's Amon's story?

at this moment, a lot of us would trade anyone on our list for the right price. If Rat goes we're more likely to look for picks we can flip for Hurley or some other target in a package deal I would say.

Yeah J Impeywe dont currently have a 2nd rounder...

would work well with JJ and BiggsI really like Clurey and am intrigued by the thought of Hartlett getting fed by Bont/Libba/Dahl, even if his form hasn't been the best this year. Not advocating straight swaps but they'd be players I'd have my eye on if pushed.at this moment, a lot of us would trade anyone on our list for the right price.
who were you thinking?
Agree on Lobbe. 2014 was out of the box, so to speak. 2015 we all saw the decline, as he couldnt play with another ruck in the side. We were crazy to knock back the 1st you offered for him, but he didnt want to leave...
2016 continued his decline..
reckon with the lack of decent talls available this year, he could fetch as high as a late 2nd, early 3rd.
although, IMO you dont need a ruck. Roughead is capable, so is Campbell. reckon you need to draft a young ruck, rather than get an experienced one.
was selected for Toumpas around round 9, when Toumpas didnt deserve to be dropped IMO and Amon didnt warrant selection...Only watched him a little, what's Amon's story?
Jars would be one of the few players who would be considered 'untradeable', now that he is playing his natural position. One of the few players you cant tackle and has great acceleration.Yeah J Impeywould work well with JJ and Biggs
How about Ryder for pick 19 and 37? You could trade 37 back to us for Adam Cooney. Great deal!at this moment, a lot of us would trade anyone on our list for the right price.

Clurey has shown he has what it takes to be a good AFL defender. 193cm, so probably more suited to the 3rd tall role.I really like Clurey and am intrigued by the thought of Hartlett getting fed by Bont/Libba/Dahl, even if his form hasn't been the best this year. Lobbe's just so hard to value, especially with the 4? year contract on his head. Was terrific at the end of 2014, just never went on with it.

nah, i think we are right...How about Ryder for pick 19 and 37? You could trade 37 back to us for Adam Cooney. Great deal!

That's why i mentioned him, i like the look of him. but seriously Hrovat has very high upside to with a full year after a full pre season.Jars would be one of the few players who would be considered 'untradeable', now that he is playing his natural position. One of the few players you cant tackle and has great acceleration.
Jeez, really? Sign me up! Closest thing to a Baby Mumford I've seen in a while.I'd probs say no to Hrovat. If we can get a youngish fwd/ruck like Nankervis (swans supporter said 3rd rounder is enough) to backup Ryder and Trengove that is all the trading in I'd do.
How about you take Lobbe for a 3rd rounder instead? We'll even pay 100k of his salary.Jeez, really? Sign me up! Closest thing to a Baby Mummy I've seen in a while.

he is all ours mate! hahaJeez, really? Sign me up! Closest thing to a Baby Mumford I've seen in a while.
