Does this game matter.

I'll assume it does if it keeps getting ignored between now and Friday night.

Its hard to tell if it matters
It didnt matter last year
This year had the extra bye winning might be a bad thing????
Im sure it really matters to Geelong though

Let's get back to discussing football shall we. With a game in days I'm sure there's something better to talk about.

It doesn't really matter because its not essential to win the flag, but it matters a bit because we are playing you handbaggers.
Every game matters from round
1 through to the grand final...

That's reality.

You're a ******* classy unit, you really are... You're no better than the muppet you quoted.

Now as an aside, the question has been asked multiple times without being answered which means you're a bunch of scared ******* rabbits who have no confidence in your side and rather prefer living off false bravado.

Not speaking on behalf of others here but to me all the games matter, there is just a scale of how much a game matters in my opinion.
Roughly, if a grand final was worth 100 points, a Prelim would be worth 60, elimination final first or second rnd 20, qualifying final 10 and a h&a game 1-5 points depending on its importance at the time.

Still waiting on you to elaborate or deflect about your opinion of me been a front runner.

To put things into perspective, if you win those 2 games in 2009 you make the finals and you're not left with the stigma of missing finals the year after a premiership, and the mantle of 'greatest dynasty' this game has seen is undisputed, and along with your current exploits, it surpasses Geelong.

Now you're left clinging to life, relying on a team that looks cooked, to win it all this year and surpass the Cats.

That's how much home and away games actually do matter.

So yes, this game matters too... The loser faces the prospect of a straight sets exit or an interstate prelim final against the raging flag favourites... It didn't auger well for a certain team in 2011 did it?

Its all about being ready for the next 2 games
Its not worth doing a Geelong imaginary grand final, nothing left in the tank, dont care if we lose next week, on the first game.

Yep because it's widely believed that any team that wins a QF is just playing an imaginary Grand Final.

I'll spell it out for you Stabby: If you say this game doesn't matter, then it does. If you say it does, it doesn't. You are the Bay's reverse-barometer. ;)

As usual, you make absolutely no sense. :D

So Handbaggers.

According to rumor you're going after Barlow, Dal Santo & Deledio. Which means Chris Scott will telling half your backline to retire to find the cap room....

"Thanks for the 300+ games Jimmy & Corey, now POQ we need to make room for more mercs so I can keep my job!"

So you went with deflection and crazy. Hawks surpassed Geelong with 4/8 and the 3peat, only trolls and lunatics could debate otherwise.

Now we've been through this countless times before and you yourself don't believe it, it's why you've spent the last 11 months here after taking offense to an October post and following me across.

Now I'm going to respectfully ignore your repetitive offended from herein, it's tedious and boring.

Go cry in another corner.
