The affordable housing act forced sub-prime lending ... without it the act the banks would've been able to maintain their lending standards (i.e. Lend money to people who can pay it back).

They didnt have to drop lending standards, just because there is a low bar doesnt mean you lower yourself to meet the minimum standard

Since Procrastinator35 has been back with his videos, I have watched a few and by clicking to other videos on the right I came to a site which then led me to many other sites and I am surprised to see lots of videos which promote the following stories:
