I think Swepson will play in this series.

By the time the 4th test comes around and we are down 0-3 then the selectors will have made quite a few chops and changes.

I have a bad bad feeling about this series. It seems to be a killer or players careers. Especially since we didn't do well in Sri Lanka, we have to show something in this series. You simply can not just crumble every innings against spin and expect to be known as international cricketers. We've gotta show some fight.

I'm praying for a draw at the best, just no confidence anymore when it comes to sub continental tours.

I agree that l think Swepson will play due to changes by 4th test and also that careers will be done and dusted.
Wade is my bet that his career will be done.
Nathan Lyon is my 2nd pick.

Can't really pick Renshaw, Smith, Handscome due to newness and captaine. Nor Warner, even tho he isn't good at spin. VC and sets tone etc.

Yeah I agree about Wade - will be gone by the 4th test with an "injury" and they will fly Neville in (not that he's a much better replacement).

I think it's almost make or break for Khawaja too. Don't get me wrong, he's had a strong summer with good test stats but whether or not he can go to that next level and have a breakout overseas series and cement his spot at no.3 for the next 5 years or so remains to be seen. He's 30 now, he's been mostly in the team over the past 2 years. His time to announce himself is now, and push that patting average up to 50.

Wade could average 10 & if he misses less than 5 chances he wouldve had a great tour.

How is Wades test record in matches that weren't more than three or four years ago?

Yeah.

Wade's keeping isn't going to be a decisive factor in this series.
