Commentators pumping up Brisbanes rebuild.. didn't we win twice as many games as them last year?

Nope...was never going to be in Top 10 but always going to be gone before our Fisher pick

EDIT - but to answer the exact question - he went at 18 and Fisher was 27

Maybe after years of poor drafting I tend to do a bit of self flagellation by looking at those taken just after our picks but I think Port did really well in the last draft. Aside from SPP, I was pretty keen on Joe Atley and Willem Drew, both who Port got very soon after Fisher went.....time will tell.

I also did like Fisher too so not going to bag the selection

Drew was an interesting one. In the days leading up to the draft it was being suggested he could go 1st round, yet he ended up making it all the way to Pick 33.
