Doesn't matter how big your opponents body is when you can jump high enough to sit on their head.
Haven't got an issue necessarily with Blair playing, but really thought we needed 3 tall forwards this week. I personally would've named Jessie, even though it would've sent this board into meltdown again.
I'm assuming this means Darcy Moore will ruck at times. Don't have an issue with that, but it will mean Ben Reid is pretty much our sole forward at time. Not sure this resolves the forward line issues. I think we need to have at least 2 talls down there at all times.
I was also hoping for something a bit creative (ie Crocker in to play on Heath Shaw). I'm hoping Buckley doesn't play Blair or Greenwood on Shaw. Blair has showed on countless occasions that he doesn't play the forward tag role well, and Greenwood is needed up the field to tag Kelly or Sheil.
3 talls are probably unnecessary this weekend, it's expected to rain.
Cheap possiesIf it's going to rain, the key to this game is not over-possessing. We've been horrible in the wet the 2 times we've played this year because we overhandball.
Treloar is actually one of the biggest culprits. He is hard to ignore because he runs so hard to receive. Without him, a few of our players may just actually kick the ball!
Can't see who he will replace and not make our defence too too heavy....unless it's Goldsack or Schade
Pendles is the most likely player needing to be replaced. Shaz is the least suitable replacement of the three emergencies. And the one who least needs a week off
I'd fly broomy up with the aim of no late changes.
Who knows though . They might fly two emergencies up this week

spot on.
in wet conditions you need to simplify the game - we seem to be experts at doing the opposite. Incredibly frustrating watching us stuff around with the ball in the first quarter last week.
We over-possess the ball even in the dry!
Has he signed? Didnt think so....are you a fisherman?
Still have high hopes for all three...continuity and a good game plan should do it.
Maybe Grundy will play resting FF when relieved of ruckungHaven't got an issue necessarily with Blair playing, but really thought we needed 3 tall forwards this week. I personally would've named Jessie, even though it would've sent this board into meltdown again.

You really are quite vindictive aren't you?
You'd think / hope so but so often Bucks fails to let these blokes into the midfield, leaving them out in no mans land HFF. Wells to take Treloars spotTreloar out should see DeGoey in the guts. Looking forward to see him being played in position. Big game for him.
Yes...but he is providing our VFL side with verbal coaching, vast AFL experience & a " don't do as I do" approach.Lmfao. So glad we picked picked up Mayne a bloke who can't even get a game in a bottom 4 side

he is, but presumably Moore will need to spend some time in the ruck to give Grundy a spell.
Be patient. Very confident that we will see big things from him in years 3 & 4 of his deal once he hits his 30s.Lmfao. So glad we picked picked up Mayne a bloke who can't even get a game in a bottom 4 side
