Wash your mouth out!Govern?

Not today, but in time, I think you may be right.Reckon Gallucci could play Mackay's role, and play it a lot better than Mackay himself can. Has more tricks.
If McGovern does want home we couldn't get their 1st round pick done quick enough....Would we do Freos first for Gov and McCartin for Freos first?
Saints may be getting nervous about this pick now and if Freos first is around 6-8 then it may be worth taking the loss amd going again.
Tomorrow then...Not today, but in time, I think you may be right.

And both out of contract at year's end, Williams a Glenelg boy and Webb a Gippy boy so probably no go home factor there especially if moving for more opportunity.Very surprised he hasn't yet got a game this year. Would be a good one to chase.
Like your suggestion of Bailey Williams, too. His game against the Tigers last week was very good.
Their job isn't to 'chase players'
I don't think we were anywhere near as serious about him as our resident Collingwood loving troll seems to think. Polec's lack of interest in Adelaide, and Adelaide's lack of trading commodities, both probably had a part in our lack of interest.
But we have targeted and acquired players
JJ Lynch Hampton Seedsman and Menzel for starters
2 of those get a game in nearly every side
Nah Sanders said NEAFL form is no good and didn't rate him even when Jack was absolutely dominating at that level
......this is the bloke that actually rates Tyrone Vickery.....![]()
Just because the NEAFL is sub par vs the sanfl or vfl doesn't mean good players don't play in itCorrect. I say that as does every other serious commentator.
I take it you disagree?
Is that meant to be actual argument?
So what were we talking about again ?None of those players were regulars in their teams 22
Picking off fringe guys starved of opportunity isn't the same thing
He's out of contract - I wouldn't rule it out . He's country NSWWe're not getting Hopper.

Galluci's coaches at under 18s compared Galluci to Johannisen, similar power and style. Probably not as penetrating by foot.. although that can be developed slightly. An insane leap as well. Not today, but in time, I think you may be right.

It would take something special like a 6-7 yr contract but I'd be considering it if we thought he was the man to help make us better
Agreed and no 2 NEAFL games are the sameIt does mean the statistical arguments based on neafl #'s are not soundly formed
Still prefer to keep Gov but would ease the pain for sureGiven I haven't paid enough attention to all the GWS players, if we lost Gov and given it isn't like for like ( I think) would he ease the pain if he was what we got for losing Gov?
Gov obviously has a better future ahead of him, but for the next few years, would we be a better side with Gov or Gibbs in the team?
