Respect. When Sydney salute can we all just acknowledge the greatest comeback since Lazarus, rather than everyone pissing and moaning about umps this and COLA that?
Sydney. It is essential to the Sydney market that the Swans not only make the Grand Final but win it this year having the lost in 2016.

i dont think the swans fear the dogs. have been unlucky many times for various reasons. i would still say gws even though they beat them tonight.Who wouldn't the Swans want to play in the finals with the dogs now likely out? Full strength Giants perhaps?
If it comes down to marketing then the Swans probably come with less baggage. So I'm looking forward to the rest of the season.Sydney. It is essential to the Sydney market that the Swans not only make the Grand Final but win it this year having the lost in 2016.
Giants at full strength would be hard to beat. Even tonight they were hard to get over and they are missing a few.i dont think the swans fear the dogs. have been unlucky many times for various reasons. i would still say gws even though they beat them tonight.
AgreedBut Tippett is better than Sinclair.
Not sure I really get the 'Sydney has the wood on Geelong' echo chamber on here.
They had our measure last year, and that's it, as far as I'm concerned. It's two different teams.

Giants are Overhyped, should be Crows and Cats Grand Final, too hard for Swans to win it from outside top 4.Giants at full strength would be hard to beat. Even tonight they were hard to get over and they are missing a few.
Crows draw has been soft. Haven't played anyone decent away from home. Hard to gauge if they are the real deal.Giants are Overhyped, should be Crows and Cats Grand Final, too hard for Swans to win it from outside top 4.
They will get 2 home finals if they win, then the Grand Final at the G, they are good enough to do it. There are no stand out teams thisCrows draw has been soft. Haven't played anyone decent away from home. Hard to gauge if they are the real deal.
We didn't turn up until round 7.Swans fans getting confident. Perhaps rightly so.
I have a feeling they'll burn out.
The problem for the Swans is they have to keep winning to make the 8, where as the Cats and Crows can afford to lose gamesSwans fans getting confident. Perhaps rightly so.

They need too much luck to win it this year.

They were a better team back then. Its not impossible for them to win it, bulldogs won it last year, but they aren't as goodThey were lucky in 05 and '12. They pinch flags.
Pity that champion data at the start of the year judged the Crows to have the hardest draw.
08 was luck along with 13.They were lucky in 05 and '12. They pinch flags.
