If he accepts a 5 or 6 year deal he would be 30 or 31 next time he comes out of contract, no teams would be offering the $$ he is set to recieve now in 6 years time. IMO if dusty plans to sign before finals he will stay a tiger. Why would any player make an announcement to leave their club on the eve of a finals series? I personally don't think that would ever happen. If however he still hasn't signed then I'm of the opinion that he'll leave.

Nothing in Carr's statement says he'll make a public announcement at the end of the home and away.
