The western world has lead the way on stopping racism in the past 50 years however the recent rise of identity politics, on both the left and right side of politics is incredibly racist. Just as many fail to understand that companies are profit-driven, many also fail to understand that politicians are vote-driven. It is in the best interests of both to hire a diverse workforce.
