Watched a few Napoli games lately, Jorginho would be exactly what we lack, although his height is a problem with sides that hoof it plus he needs someone like an Allan to be his legs, someone like Ndidi would be nice

God knows who we'd buy as depth for the front 3, actually doubt we'd go for Fekir, maybe a Leon Bailey or Draxler, would like us to buy a striker too and loan out Solanke and Ings

They probably use head to head before goal difference is the only reason I can think of.

Something similarly odd happens in CL

At one point we were behind SM, same points better GD & has drawn with them on their home pitch (which surely is advantage Liverpool?!)

Yet they were ahead of us on the group table. Couldn’t for the life of me figure it out

Unless was a misprint

I love this time of the season where so many games have something riding on them. While the reds are putting their feet up this week, the 3 teams closest to Liverpool on the table all have tricky mid-week away games. Granted, it's because of their participation in the FA Cup semi-finals this weekend, which we'd all love to be a part of, but I'm quite happy with the semi-final next week instead! :D

Burnley only 2 points behind Arsenal, would be awesome if they could pip them to 6th

Draxler isnt up to it. There is a reason why he's never made it to a top club. Wouldnt Keita be Jorginho's legs. His height could be a problem though because Keita is little too and I think Klopp likes his athletes and big bodied mids.

FYI:
No bars/pubs in Melbourne will be showing the game. They all close at 4am and reopen at midday for Anzac Day.
(This includes Crown)
Even Crown will be closed?

I hope SBS show it at the very least, I wonder when they'll announce if they are?

*The RSL's are open early but not sure they'll be showing the game.

It looks as though SBS are indeed showing the Liverpool game next week!

Doesn't matter what we think about Draxler, Jurgen's gone after him a few times so he obviously rates him

Would like us to buy both Ndidi and Jorginho, they'd complete the midfield. Then getting another CB as good as Van Dijk and we have a defense that can challenge for the league

If we brought in Ndidi and Jorginho, who would be your preferred midfield three? Would it just be out with the old in with the new and a midfield three of Ndidi/Keita/Jorginho? Ox is staking a claim for that midfield three and as much as Henderson cops abuse, I think he is very good in there for us. Then Milner has been fantastic for us all season. Then what if Can sticks around?

Hendo Jorginho and Keita would get first crack, rotating with Ndidi Wijnaldum and Ox, seems a very solid 6. Can is 100% gone, Lallana I'd incline to sell, gonna be 31 next season, getting injury prone and Ox has taken up his role. Jurg wouldn't do it though, he'd back him in

Moreno has one year left on his contract, so if he isn't gonna play much he'll probably go, can have Milner backing up Robbo in LB while also playing CM

Would like a CB still though, would hope Matip would pull his finger out when VVD arrived but it seems to have made him look even worse, and Lovren just makes you feel like he'll do something costly somewhere along the line.

Klopp will back Lallana in, he loves him. Ox would feel hard done by given how impressive he has been in midfield of late. You could say the same about Milner.

Next season will be Lallana's last (For Liverpool) I reckon. Not expecting much from him but he'd be very handy off the bench in a bit part role if fit.
