Remember that game against Richmond at Footy Park where Richmond were less than a goal up in the last minute and Morton kicked the ball out on the full, it was kicked forward and Tredrea marked and kicked the winning goal? Same thing, different teams. Bulldog running forward with a pretty easy pass to clinch it did the one thing he shouldn't and kept it wide, the ball drifted out and the ball was sent to North's forward line. The only different thing it wasn't a mark but it was the dominant forward, Ben Brown who made the goal with the soccer to Jack Ziebell.

Yes, any team not in contention for the eight beating one of our rivals will always be good for us. But North are the last one I am worried about. Tonight's game wasnot an aberration, it happens often to North that they go missing. And while they do have the Suns, St Kilda, Bulldogs and Lions they also have West Coast, Essendon, Collingwood, Sydney and Adelaide(at AO).
They have Essendon next week and on each teams' current form Essendon would be favorite. Collingwood and Sydney look likely losses and just one more puts them in the lower reaches of the eight or possibly even out of it.
