Disagree that Wickzki 'has no idea' about may - everyone sees things differently - but I'll back my view on a player and how they go about their business. I think a lot of people on this board react very negatively to players going hard for some reason - for example soapy suggesting that Charlie is too good a player to engage in nasty - well I disagree - Carlton has been the softest playing list in football for too long - I say part of being really good is also knowing how to be really hard in a smart way.

I agree with that, and perhaps am defending May too hard as I am a Suns member and watch him every week (as I've said, he's my favorite non-Carlton player) and can say categorically that he is not a dumb player.

There is something to being a nice team though. Nice teams generally don't win premierships, in any sport. So I definitely agree with that point you're making.

Ive been in the same camp all year re Lukosius. Feel mids will come over the next few years. But also love the thought of Dow, O'Brien and Walsh being similar ages and growing together. If only we got a pp at pick 2. Jackpot. Definitely won't happen though
