But if they were truly racists, why wouldn't they be proud of that label? Why would they care about the stigma around that label if they truly believe in racists ideas? No? The Liberal-National Coalition currently hold majority in the Parliament of Australia, so they would be the government. If you want to be really specific, the members of the executive in the Coalition are they real power holders.

Yes but we also have to be careful not to go throwing the label around at everyone and everything or it loses all meaning too. Not everyone agrees to the same standard what constitutes racism, which is hardly difficult to understand why. Concept creep on this and similar things is real.
