They need him now, not next season. Marina wont back down and Zidane wants him desperately.
Yep, they're clearly in for a massive rebuild this window, and I expect it to be to the tune of hundreds of millions. It will be interesting to see how the negotiations for Hazard and Eriksen play out considering they've both got a year left on their deal and neither club are run by people who give an inch in negotiations.

I'd expect to see something like 120-130m pounds for Hazard and 90-100m for Eriksen.

I'd be surprised if either of those figures happened.
I just don't think those in charge of either club are likely to give up 'cheaply.' The contract obviously is a hindrance, otherwise I suspect we'd be talking a lot more than that, but I wouldn't be at surprised to see it up near those figures. Perhaps it will get to those numbers when you count add-ons and the like.

Lots of moving parts at Real 100mil spent already with Jovic, Militao + 1 other in and interest in Hazard/Eriksen.

Ramos is staying, Not sure on the Navas/Courtios situation, Bale is apparently being pushed out? Any chance of a swansong for him or Modric at Spurs perhaps?

I'd be very surprised if either got over 100m pounds. Eriksen closer to 75m for mine. He is good but he isn't a Hazard who RM have coveted.

Yeah, I can see where you're coming from. Maybe I'm just putting too much weight on the Daniel Levy factor.

Levy has to nail this window. Can't be poncing around on sales.

Isco has been made available.
Spurs should get a deal that involves a trade with Eriksen.

edit
Im hearing Conte wants Morata at Inter.

I guess if Ligue 1 is what they want to win, fair enough.

But do players really think they can win the CL there?

Why wouldn't they? PSG has a team capable of winning the UCL, more so than most others.

They are always nowhere near it though. Two huge chokes last two seasons, and I don't ever recall them ever being mentioned among the favourites. I could be wrong though.
