Hearing Cogs is going to Carlton, hawthorn & north Melbourne. The AFL schedule will ensure there are no weekend footy clashes so he can play for all three clubs in any given weekend. When we play Gawks or North, he’ll change teams at half time.

I can almost guarantee that North have no offer in front of Coniglio (albeit a personal view) and definitely guarantee that 1.6mil a year is too big to even take that post seriously. There's a reason we aren't linked to anybody this season despite the "warchest", our priorities are elsewhere (you probably will get a battle with us if Papley moves down for example).

Been a silent but bemused observer, a lot of parallels between your saga with Cogs and ours with Dusty and then Gaff last year but this is about the time the "new contender" comes in. They're never real.

Yes it is, as mentioned before if he told GWS he was staying they'd publicly announce it straight away.

Our ITK's told us he was likely coming to Carlton early last week, then re-iterated it was still the case after Hamish's comments.

Do people want them to post everyday that nothing has changed? I'm sure when something does change, they'll let us know. Until then, their posts from last week still stand as the current situation.

Don't expect anymore leaks on conigs until after the season is over for GWS. Nothing has changed, but he's not wanting to put GWS/team mates in an awkward position (although GWS have been forcing this somewhat by wanting clarity ASAP to be able to offer deals to existing players if he is leaving).
