Frampton is a wise trade at a cheap cost. He can compete with Himmelberg for fwd/ruck spot and if O’Brien gets injured he can be an option to cover him.

All I heard about RoB's developer in the SANFL was he plays a lot like Jacobs but is better around the ground, however, he needed to improve his contested marking which he seems to have done but still haven't improved his goal kicking.

Well I thought ROB was AFL standard as a Ruckman and said so long before he proved the doubters wrong and I think Frampton as a Forward/Ruck is also AFL capable especially at his likely asking price so don't put me in that bracket.

Yea I was one of doubter re ROB, but I am on board re Frampton if he is given a decent block of games

I'd be inclined to double up there, Get Frampton and pick up an 18-19 year old project FF/R with a 3rd onwards just in case both Frampton/HH bust.

Likewise with defenders. Probably going to be a decently big draft/trade period for them with us seeing we're going to probably need a mature age/dfa/kid who is stuck in a poor list situation to cover that situation (+ some payoff), and we also need to begin to prepare to move on from Talia/Hartigan, so another shutdown defender or two is worthwhile to obtain. Someone to pair up with Butts for the next decade.

Going to be a tall shopping list this off-season.
