Good point. That definitely rings a bell.Wasn't Garlick recently appointed to the Dogs board?

Garlick was in the top job at Whitten Oval between 2010 and 2015 before recently returning to the club as joint football director with Matthew Croft.Good point. That definitely rings a bell.

They were meant to be getting Coniglio and WhitfieldHawks have gone from landing coniglio to landing frost... think he will do ok for them in a role but the chirpyness prior to the coniglio decision was unbearable
It's in the Media threadCan anyone put the list management commentary by Buckenara. Much appreciated. GO DOGS!!!
Betts would likely work as a coach or NGA coach at Blues when he retires
So Keath does a medical at the Dogs and we ask for his surgery to be done right now and Crows to pick up the cost and there’s been no dialogue between the clubs according to Reid for a trade???We have. Not sure what Reid is on about.
The Garlick news is over 24 hours old. Venture out of this thread occasionally people.
Agree, until Geelong/West Coast blew that theory up when Geelong went in dry on them on KellyEveryone needs to remember that the trade value of a contracted player is completely different to that of an uncontracted player.
LOL ...I'm like the Swans mate, no fuss and just get the job done. A bloke once offered me $200 for a used drumkit. I settled for a carton of beer and he helped me drink it. We both ended up happy.
Each to their own. I see the footy season as an elaborate and rather drawn out prelude to trade week.Lol,win trade week.
I'd rather win during the actual season, the thing we actually go to watch.
I'd put whoever runs Gold Coast ahead of ReidWidely known amongst list managers that Reid is second only to Dodoro for title of ‘biggest ****head’ when it comes to getting deals done smoothly.

That's what being labeled as a "destination club" will do to some fansThey were meant to be getting Coniglio and Whitfield![]()
Strong correlation between username and postBruce and Keath will be at the dogs by the end trade as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow.
I think we shouldn’t be too terrified of using a 2020 pick. No doubt we will have some assets go out of the team and we can always split picks or dip into 2021 picks.
For instance using a 2020 3rd rounder to help get Bruce over the line isn’t such a bad idea.
Why use a 2020 3rd rounder when we have 3 this year?
