Justified yes that was really really good.
Also I remembered Generation Kill, a kind of twisted road movie vibe about it I guess but a good show.

Weird decade with plenty of great shows but very few masterpieces. In making the list I cut off any show that started before 2010. Most shows have featured on others lists.

9.5. (rating out of 10) Black Mirror- Favourite episodes are The Entire History of You, White Christmas and Nosedive.
9. The Leftovers - Season 2 one of the greatest all time.
8.5. Rectify - Should not work but does.
8. Planet Earth 2 - Beautiful.
8. You're the Worst - Don't think this would appeal to many.
8. The Americans - The best 'prestige' show of the decade.
8. Nathan For You - My cringe fix.
8. Atlanta - Goes in so many directions.
7.5. Fargo - S1>S3>S2
7.5. Treme - Got me into Jazz

HM's (7-7.5/10):

Afterlife, Attack on Titan, The Affair, Stranger/Secret Forest, 11/22/63, Sherlock, Louie, Better Call Saul, Olive Kitteridge, The Good Place, Kim's Convenience, The End of the ******* World, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Top of the Lake, Stranger Things, Homeland S1-1.5, Orange is the New Black S1-2, Last Week Tonight, The People vs OJ Simpson, Show Me a Hero, Bodyguard, Glow, The Day Will Come, The Handmaid's Tale, Downton Abbey, Narcos and yes Game of Thrones.

I watch too much TV.

You absolutely cannot include Simpsons as one of the great shows of the 2010s ;)

But seriously guys, Bojack Horseman.

Agree with the call of You're The Worst, too. Both similar shows thematically actually - mixing comedy and the absurd with the crippling mental issues that leave us pretty well broken on the inside.

Final days of the decade now.

I'll probably end up remembering it for things like Game of Thrones & The Americans.

90s and 2000s had more depth for mine, but mainstream recognition of what television shows had to offer seemed to flourish in the 2010s. FTA seems to have slowly died over the same period.

True Detective
Fargo
Mr Robot
Better Call Saul
House of Cards
Thrones
Silicon Valley
Workaholics
Mindhunter
Billions

Season 1 of True Detective is possibly the high water mark of the decade. If they had left it at that, more people would probably recognise it as such. The poor second season really did sully its reputation by association.

Westworld, Fargo, Better Call Saul, Stranger Things, Veep; there have been some genuinely great shows throughout the decade even if not all of the seasons were consistently great.

Bates Motel
Wentworth
The Walking Dead (first 3 or 4 seasons only)
Hannibal
A Place to Call Home
Slasher
Criminal Minds
American Horror Story.
1000 Ways to Die
Wolf Creek
