Didn’t see Alex’s match in the end but he won do that’s good. Watching Johnny now, lost the first set, won the second and is up a break in the third. Seems to be playing quite well so hopefully will get this done.

I think I first saw a bit of Gasquet on tour in early 2002 (there was a fair bit of hype around Frenchies like him & PHM back then) so he has done well to stick around for so long.

The American women look to be sharking this (as they should). Keys. Stephens. Kenin. Maybe Serena, Anisimova. Always felt it was a tad too early for Gauff to seriously challenge, surprised anyone seriously bought into that hype. Could see Osaka doing well without the nerves worry of crowds.
