Noticed that.. Would want to be pretty comprehensive to bring up next years first round...

Personally i would have know issue with it lets say another top 5 or 10 pick for next years 1st. I think with a little bit of better luck we shall finish a bit higher lets say 10th 12th which means roughly pick 6 or 7. I really rate the top dozen or so picks this year. Are they as good as next years draftees well that depends on who we think we can get this year. Anyway interesting times ahead.

Eddie Ford looks like a more explosive Jack Ziebell in his highlights, must have the best tape I've seen so far outside of maybe Hollands...

Could not agree more, If we miss Hollands Ford would be a good consolation prize later in the draft.

He’s got no left foot though, or that’s what I felt. But I like him a lot to Phillyroo

I’d watch his highlights again, used his left on the boundary against Oakleigh to create a goal. I saw him play a couple times last year and he can kick 45 easily on his left.

I’m stoked to be wrong on this one. Rate him super high. I’ll watch again. He looks the complete player then really, if that’s the case. Gotta a good amount of campaigner in him too. Plus 2 good knees. Massive upside.

I’ve had him early 20s in my rankings (you can see them on the draft hub) the entire year. Obviously he and all the other Vic kids don’t get to push their cases this year, but it would’ve been interesting to see how he went playing increased minutes in the midfield.

Watch how many end up in media and coaching ranks post football too. If you listen to Jack talk he’s got the Hardwick spiel down pat.....thanks the sponsors, the afl, the supporters all within his convo.....it’s actually pretty impressive mind trickery.
Cotchin another who’s very polished. Even Dusty has improved out of sight.

Ford’s absolutely two-sided. Check his reel at 2:20, 3:20, 3:40 and 5:11 minutes.
