No insult. You have a great hand at the draft and a 32 yo great full back coming.

Happy times for a couple more years at RFC.

Good business to pay for Daicos after last year‘s business. Hocked next year, so what do they do then? Pay with 2023 picks and so on forever?

Are you suggesting Collingwood have managed to snare themselves in their own Ponzi scheme?

Nank was 22, the same age as CCJ.

The Tigers handed over pick 46 in the draft for the 22-year-old Tasmanian.

Sydney wanted to keep the 199cm big man but he was out of contract and had several suitors looking for more ruck depth.

“We’re really pleased to welcome Toby to the Club; while only 22 years of age he’s a strong and competitive ruckman-forward, which is really exciting,” Richmond talent manager Dan Richardson said.

“Whilst we offered a new contract to Toby and would have liked him to stay, we understand his decision to move on for greater senior opportunity and we wish him all the best for the future,” Harley said.
And where were each of them originally drafted?

I still think we will move 38 for CCJ, all posturing and conditioning the other before meeting in the middle. Brady returning serve to Richmond's over valuation by an under value offer.

"North Melbourne will need to increase their offer for contracted Sun Darcy Macpherson if they want the midfielder to move back to Victoria.

Fox Sports' Tom Morris has reported that North Melbourne has put a two-year offer in front of Macpherson. This initial offer is unlikely to be lucrative enough for Macpherson to change clubs in the off-season, as he is currently contracted with the Suns until the end of 2022.

The offer from North Melbourne is believed to be a promising financial figure, while also giving the midfielder an extra season."

Doesn't seem the deal is dead, he wants 3 years, so it is not a complete salary dump.

Probably needs the suns to come out and say they dont want him anymore

Feel like we should hold firm to 2 years and if needed put some more cash on the table. In two years' time, the list spot could be more valuable than the cash. Or if he is good enough he will get another contract.

Mmmmm but it is for young players.
Again he was drafted mid 30s and traded for late 40s not having played much in a 4 yr period.

20 for CCJ is simply overs.

Add PSD to the mix it just ain’t gonna happen
