I would .... but .... I have an AVO out on me ...

Please, don't bring real life into this fantasy forum.

It's bloody disgraceful that serial_thrilla goes to great effort to put together one of the finer thread posts this year, but because it promotes the Bombers nobody wants to be a part of it.

You do realise you get more Sweet FA internet points for the melts you cause and not the OP?

Baghdad Bombers
IN: Metalcrusher (Bears), Lady Godava (Furies), HaroLad (returned), Osc1 (rookie), Andronicus (rookie), CrowInFiji (rookie), CursingFijian (rookie), Dadda Dave (rookie).
OUT: Requiem (delisted), VSTone (delisted), Judd_Magic (delisted), HereComesJuddy (retired), SammaGilberto (retired), Ash24 (delisted), CALL ME SNAKE (retired), CrowInFiji (delisted), miggs (delisted).

ROOKIES
The Bombers brought in five rookies into Baghdad this season, with varying levels of success. Andronicus (0.0 ppw) and Dadda Dave (0.1 ppw) never bought into the league, whilst CrowInFiji (47.5 ppw) burned brightly for two rounds before being handed a life sentence in Banhammer. Osc1 (4.8 ppw) made regular appearances across the season though, and CursingFijian (49.3 ppw) was a massive success and has a good chance to poll strongly in the EKA count.
LOSSES
New skippers BLUEALLTHRU and Metalcrusher had a good cleanout of the deadwood over the offseason, and Requiem (S31 0.0 ppw), VSTone (S31 0.0 ppw), Judd_Magic (S31 0.0 ppw), HereComesJuddy (S31 0.0 ppw), SammaGilberto (S31 0.0 ppw), Ash24 (S31 0.1 ppw) were not a noticeable loss. CALL ME SNAKE (S31 3.9 ppw) retiring was their only significant exit, whilst miggs (1.8 ppw) and the aforementioned CrowInFiji left midseason.
GAINS
The big one was Metalcrusher (S31 184 ppw) who made his well publicized return from the Bears. Joining him were The Greatest Ava (S31 40.5 ppw) from the Furies and the long awaited return of HaroLad.
PLAYERS TRENDS
There were some moderate to big increases in output from the likes of BLUEALLTHRU (from 129 to 186 ppw), Kilroy (from 53.5 to 97.7 ppw), Tony Lynn 15 (from 43.2 to 70.4 ppw), RobR (from 132 to 145 ppw), Jabba73 (from 61.4 to 71.6 ppw), Bovo (from 24.6 to 39.5 ppw) and a return to activity from TheCoach16 (from 0.5 to 33.0 ppw).
It wasn't all positive though, with Metalcrusher spending six of the sixteen rounds in Banhammer (and also reducing output from 184 to 134 ppw), Antonio BlueVein (from 117 to 30.9 ppw) losing interest, and less activity from Pugsley (from 128 to 98.3 ppw) and MITS (from 17.0 to 6.7 ppw).
TEAM TRENDS
Fairly good news across the board on this one. Overall posting output increased from 13,395 to 17,058 for the season (up 27%), average posters per week increased from 14.06 to 18.88 (up 34%). Total posters increased from 21 to 26 and average median posts increased from 742 to 959 (up 29%). Average match thread post share remained steady (59.83% to 59.66%). Importantly for the Bombers there was also a much better spread of posters across the squad: the reliance on their Top 5 Posters reduced from 71.94% to 62.02%, the number of Bombers with >2% of their posts increased from 11 to 12, and the number of Bombers with over 20 ppw increased from 9 to 13.
Once again they never dropped below 300 posts for the week, and they actually increased the number of 600+ post week from 14 to 15 and number of 900+ post weeks from 6 to 10.
Say what you want about the Bombers, but you cannot fault their squad engagement and match thread activity this season.

Coney Island Warriors

IN: Mofra (returning), Snuffaluphagus (rookie), ChappyUK (Furies), Piggy Smalls (Furies), Moo (returning), BEEG (returning), BeinPurplenGreen (rookie), Dav (returning).
OUT: Test Tickle (Bears), Rad Roo (delisted), chelseacarlton (delisted), Kabanna (delisted), candiehappy (delisted), BigJoeD_ (delisted), Spanna_ (delisted), Dav (retired).

ROOKIES
Just the two rookies for the Warriors this season following Tonga Bob's raid on the Fremantle board moderator panel. BeinPurplenGreen (1.6 ppw) showed interest for three weeks before completely disappearing, whilst Snuffaluphagus (1.3 ppw) made sporadic appearances up until Round 11.
LOSSES
One season Warrior Test Tickle (S31 24.6 ppw) returned home to the Bears, whilst after a successful Season 31 the Warriors were able to clear out several of their inactive posters including Rad Roo (S31 0.3 ppw), chelseacarlton (S31 0.1 ppw), Kabanna (S31 0.2 ppw), candiehappy (S31 0.0 ppw), BigJoeD_ (S31 0.0 ppw) and Spanna_ (S31 1.1 ppw). The only midseason movement was The Notorious DAV's brief hiatus.
GAINS
A raid of the Furies saw ChappyUK (S31 0.6 ppw) and Piggy Smalls (S31 2.8 ppw) join the Warriors, along with returning players Mofra, Moo and BEEG.
PLAYERS TRENDS
The Notorious DAV (from 40.4 to 45.7 ppw) was one of the few key Warriors to increase their output this season, and he saw some good increased support from Volbeat (from 10.6 to 16.8 ppw), FootyGuy13 (from 11.7 to 13.6 ppw) and the returned BEEG (11.9 ppw).
However the vast majority of the Warriors list was well down on posting numbers. Senior players Tonga Bob (from 90.8 to 77.2 ppw), DockerDen5215 (from 108 to 71.1 ppw), NaturalDisaster (from 72.9 to 58.9 ppw), TheInjuryFactory (from 51.8 to 35.1 ppw) and The Half Back (from 26.8 to 10.4 ppw and not seen since Round 8) were not as engaged. More concerningly was the "mid-tier" players that were a big part of the Warrior revival in Season 31 no longer seemed interested: RelaxMax (from 29.2 to 0.0 ppw), Lord_Flashheart (from 29.2 to 2.1 ppw), Dinsdale (from 21.6 to 13.9 ppw), zackah (from 15.8 to 3.6 ppw), Freofalcon (from 11.9 to 3.0 ppw), TubbsFarquhar (from 11.2 to 1.6 ppw) and harry000 (from 5.5 to 0.0 ppw) all dropped away significantly.
TEAM TRENDS
The highs of Season 31 were a distant memory, as total posts decreased by 39% (9,808 to 5,988), median posts by 33% (from 492 to 331), and average posters per week by 11% (from 17.18 to 15.25). Total posters fell slightly from 24 to 23. There was a massive fall-away in match thread share from 54.12% to 44.17% and an increased reliance from their Top 5 Posters (from 63.08% to 74.67%). The number of players with >2% of total posts fell from 13 to 10 and those with >5% of posts from 7 to 5. The biggest indictment on the decline is their number of players with 10+ posts per week fell from a league high of 15 in S31 to a tenth ranked 10 this season, whilst those with 20+ dropped from 10 to 5 (a league low).
Last season the Warriors posted 600+ times in a match thread 6 times, yet they failed to do it once in Season 31 (the only team not to do so). They also failed to reach 300 posts on three occasions, after doing so every round last season.
This was a massive reduction in output from the Warriors this season, and there are no doubt actions in play within their LG to try and right the ship during the looming offseason. By no means is their list output awful - there are teams out there with less activity and from less people - but the drop away from their magnificent Season 31 is quite clear.

serial, if you're going to assess the list, look beyond the raw numbers. Increases in posting by Kilroy, Tony Lynn 15 and TheCoach16 are indeed positive. Losing 30 posts a week from Pugsley is also a positive, not a negative. Antonio BlueVein losing interest is a negative. BLUEALLTHRU adding 50 posts per week to an already eye-wateringly high volume is also a negative.

but that's all subjective, leave that for the reader to interpret.

I am quite happy for you to put together a subjective footnote for each club. ;)
