This looks more positive than what I was thinking. I was madly googling afl and collar bone, the only thing I saw was that he wouldn’t be allowed in the MCC but surely he could go round?

Not really, if the shoulder is put back correctly without delay and no nerves have been damaged then a return to sport can happen after a few weeks. That's unheard of for a broken bone/fracture though.
