My god he was bad I would put him right next to Matthew Knights.
Parish and Merret had some damming things to say about him players were left confused and with no answers in meetings after a loss acording to Parish.
Brad has come in and made things simple but also being firm in driving standards and playing your role in the team.
Glad his gone we now have a real coach in Brad.

The silver lining of all this is that I get to hear Essendon supporters tell me Brad Scott is a good coach after 10 years of saying the opposite lol
Not me I've always rated Brad as coach I think he did an amazing job with getting North to b2b prelims.
There is no one better at meaningless corporate answers than Brad Scott.

Parish used the word ‘confused’ the other week while being asked what was going on last year in the Rutton program.
The “ game plan “ was useless and the group had low discipline levels because Ben let them get away with it.
He probably had no idea what the hell he was doing a a senior coach. Fake it to you make. He wouldn’t be the first.

He was also very young when they gave him the job.

When Essendon was getting dominated in games didn't bother to move the magnets or imploy any kind of tactics to try and get momentum back our way Sat in the box like a deer in the headlights

Didnt have the development coaches Scott has (knights had a similar problem, we didnt resource him up).
But I can't give him full outs. A team doesnt switch like that in the space of 4 months if the previous coach is good.
