Good for Jack. I hope it works out.

Ditto. Had a rough run.

Not convinced he'll make it but he won't leave stones unturned.

Wish him nothing but the best (except if he plays us).

Just for anyone's curiosity, out of my list of potential draftees, these were all the players that went undrafted. I'd say the biggest surprises for me would be Callinan, Sanchez, Philactides, Patton & Weatherill. All the rest were a borderline chance for a variety of reasons

Jovan Petric, was he a fwd who didn’t get drafted last year or year before?
I thought he was worth something late?

People knocking nostra but I don't think that he's wrong about Philactides. He has potential and should have been drafted, in my opinion.

Did look good early season. Few other avenues for him to get on a list though so not over yet.

Correct. Was a forward, went undrafted last year then played for the Western Jets as an overager this year. Played in defence mainly this year and I thought he played some really solid footy. I reckon he’d be a good one to put on our VFL list to see if we can get him to take his game to another level. Have heard he is being linked with a number of local clubs though.

Always thought Patton was highly overrated. Very selfish footballer that gets cheap possessions.

I remember Jovan Petric from last year’s draft and had been really keen on him after seeing some of his highlights from the carnival. Disappointed for the kid. Appears to have all the attributes to make it in an AFL system.
