Nothing about that performance has convinced me we've improved.

We have improved, just, we did not show up with any intent forward of centre, none, we arsed most of it, so we're not winning any games whilst that is a thing.

This being a narrow ground and all we just couldn't spread our wings, so they could close and muscle us out, this on most other grounds and we expand outwards but in Geelong and them having the rub is a hard ask when you are just working shit out forward of centre.

This was Geelong's Grand Final in March.

We went down to that soccer ground with a bunch of kids and if not for a little bit of composure would of beaten the campaigners.

I am looking forward to this year

Love having Membrey out there, Sharman is an impressive footballer and should stay in this side now.

Wilson will be a gun, Bonner and Henry slotted in very well. Collard stiff to be a sub in a game like this but hopefully can be better for the run.

A win clearly wasn't in the script tonight but good effort to keep it that close despite the 'outer influence'. Some all-time highlights for the umpire highlights reel from tonight!

Umpires are going to pay free kicks if you kick players on the ground in the head and fall on them and also allow players to get hit in the ribs when going for a mark. We should train that.

Cats were shocking tonight. This looked like a bottom 6 battle.

We massively overrate the likes of Pou, Windhager and even Owens who has huge flaws in his game.

They will get better, but they are unreliable at this point in there career. Pou in particular had a long way to go.

Henry was impressive, unlucky to not get much reward but a lot of 'almost' plays.

It's hard to pick out a list of performers as it felt more like headless chooks for 90% of the game
