Yes a plant based site with good reason and the facts to support. What I really enjoy about Dr Gregor is he follows the Gold standard research. He’s happy to state, that if the research showed eating meat was good for us or better than a balanced plant based diet he would change his eating tomorrow…. But it simply has not been the case since the 70’s…. Possibly earlier?

Refer to Dr Greger’s site. I think you’ll find meat eaters in the west in general will have higher rates of death than vegetarians/vegans …. From all causes.

Got let go from my job on my last day of probation due to not "fitting in"... couldn't give me a reason when I asked what does he mean by that... wasn't even a performance thing.

It sucks cause I was out of the industry I was in for 15 years being freight and now I'll probs need to go back to it

Yeah because people are idiots in the west. They aren’t eliminating all the bad shit completely.

Once again he’s including processed meats in their diet. Plus the seed oils they are cooking the meat in.

I’ve been carnivore (fatty grass fed beef, pasture raised eggs cooked in beef tallow, ghee or grass fed butter, no seed oils) with little bit of fruit for last 2 years and my bloods are beyond elite on all fronts.

Never felt better, my energy doesn’t drop through out the day at all, sleep like a baby.

Sometimes life sucks.

I've been lucky. Although my last 2 jobs I've left because 1) I woke up every morning thinking 'what sh*t will my boss drop today' (over 100% turnover and I left eventually along with almost everyone else). 2) Organisation absolutely fell apart and my area was effectively disbanded even though we did the strategic analysis for the place as well as required reporting. Great job, appalling organisation.

Now I am doing boring as bat crap reporting that engages me for about 1 day a week. But they pay me, so that is why I am still there.

You'll get there and things will be OK. Thoughts to you.
