am i right in saying west coast flooded our forward line? in a praccy match.
seemed like every time we went forward there was 80 people in there clogging it up.

Chicken or the egg.

We did it sometimes in 1st but that entire 2nd quarter was us basically ball stopping in our build up giving WCE all the time in the world to flood back. But the horrible part was getting smashed on the transition from those positions, we did not work anywhere near hard enough to keep up with WCEs runners.

I hope this is Yze trying the build the game-plan one layer at a time or this was just kids not following it properly, because if Yze thinks that 2nd quarter style will be successful in the season he’ll be fired mid year.

Needs a dark room for several days with minimal movement, but hey I'm only a salesman , have we got any neurosurgeons on the board that could add anything
I was worried about the jaw. The kid showed enough today. Lock him in for R1. Thank goodness we got enough time to get him right now.

Our pick 1 has already had his brain rattled around by a thug. Geez could it get any more grim right now
I just hope we got a fit Lynch in the return bout ;)

Just watched the replay..., well had it on while working.

Lalor showed his talent.

Overall poor skills by foot all over the park and some of the decision making coming out of defence was ordinary.

Blight did quite a few good things but obviously his kicking needs loads of work. I guess that's why he took a while to get on an AFL list.

Bauer, granted he had limited opportunities but seemed to play from behind and wanted to take mark of the year every time.

Mansell held up play a couple of times when we were out and streaming forward. Not sure why he would do that.

It was hard to tell who was who some of the time as the camera was so far back.

The commentators said the Richmond bus arrived just before the game started. lol did we sleep in.

I liked sim’s competitiveness. He will be a player. Put some size on him and let him get physical. He’s a keeper.
He didn't touch it much, but I agree. Liked what I saw. He will get bigger, but he's no beanpole now. Wont take long hopefully. For a 200cm player he's about as ready as you could ever wish for in an 18 yo tbh.
