At the time it was big money. The saints pushed it up to 800ish. The Pies were trying to pay less and add behavioural clauses to the deal but it all fell through.
4 years 3.2 million was the reported money originally but it was pushed out to 5 years for 4 million I guess?

Except you’re locking up a lot of salary cap space in a position that’s proven not to be the be all and end all of a premiership team

Depends on the make up of the side he goes to for st kilda it would allow us to play rowan marshall forward a lot more it’s not like de Koning can only play ruck either

Or you could use all that cap space on a key forward better than Marshall and just leave Marshall in the ruck

We drafted tauru who has potential to be an elite forward/back in the future, but max king needs help now having Marshall and de Koning in the same side gives us great flexibility like when we had paddy Ryder , we have been absolutely towelled up in the middle recently whenever Marshall has been off the ground

First half yes, TDK was good in the 2nd half I felt. Ball use wasn't elite by any stretch but thought Cripps and him were clearly the best for the Blues in the 2nd half when the rest of the team went to s***.
