Sad and shocking news.
Like most people in WA I mostly remember him for his BOG performance in the 2010 WAFL GF, I remember thinking that he should be on an AFL list as he was head and shoulders above everyone else in that game and the next year he was at Collingwood

Was probably odds on for the Norm Smith at Half time in the 2011 AFL Grand Final.

He was paying $65 for the Norm Smith medal before the game. He could of kicked another 2 (maybe 3) goals but in the end Geelong's midfield took over and the Collingwood forwards weren't given much supply. He kicked 3 goals in the first half of the 2011 Grand Final.

It was not long after that mark that I joined bigfooty, hence my choice of username. An absolute excitement machine with his high speed crumbing goals, speccies, and candy-selling manoeuvres.

My GPs in the past consultations have mentioned that I have 'high blood pressure'. Think it might be good for myself to have a heart check on a regular basis. Its a disease or risk where an individual can't detect.
Nah, Dale Thomas and Joel Selwood were still ahead of him at that point.

It was - the most epic game played outside of the AFL that I’ve watched in the last 20 odd years (admittedly I am no expert in that regard but that was a special game).
Krakouer was superb that day (4 goals, 40 possies) and all season 2010 really - won the Sandover too.
He never really got to play that role in the middle when he returned to the AFL - it would have been interesting if he had lobbed to WCE instead who were also keen from most reports at the time, would have had a better chance of getting a gig in the middle.

The bigfooty front page has a warning that photographs of a deceased indigenous person are included in it's article, which is great, but the thumbnail is a picture of Andrew Krakour. Should probably just use a nondescript picture of the bigfooty logo or a footy or something hey.

Age is the reason why the Eagles chose not to select Andy, they saw him as too old.

Oh well - turned out to be the right call I guess - Woosha started the build that became the 2018 premiership team.
It was against Claremont where his family had played as well, does anyone know why he was not playing for Claremont?
