I would like to think that players had respect for the history of the Club, the winning culture we once had, Captains of Football clubs at the highest level should never give up. You my friend are, along with a lot of other posters on this forum just as guilty in the demise of our once proud club, as the Administration that have thankfully been shown the door. Any criticism or suggestion that we are *ed as a club is met buy sarcasm or its suggested you are a bedwetter. It will be decades before we are close to winning a premiership. Oscar has shown zero leadership. I doubt that the young players have any respect for your man Oscar. Normally you have to earn respect which he may have in the past, but unfortunately by his actions this year he deserves none. He mays as well * off. The guy had 12 touches and 0 clearances in 100 minutes of playing mostly on ball last week. He was part of the reason we couldn't get first use.

Some people live in an alternate reality when it comes to clay hall.

We need 2023 Kelly to have any chance of beating Essendon – and we desperately need to pluck a win from somewhere soon to lift morale. If we get 2025 Kelly again then it's back to the WAFL until '23 Kelly is back please.

Young players that show a bit should be persisted with after down games. Senior players not putting in shouldn’t be put back in after lukewarm WAFL and stone cold AFL form

I don't expect a win, but I do expect 4 quarters of intensity and I do expect them to win the contested possession count.

It's a bullshit reactionary panic call by mini.

The rebuild still has not started and won't start until mini decides to play younger players over older players who aren't performing.

This decision is just mini wanting a win, which isn't a bad thing , we all ****ing want a win but he has demoralised a young player whilst compromising the standard he tried to set.
