The problem with this is that when you're drafting top 3 you're always picking "best available", and you end up with a team full of forward running offensive midfielders and end up playing half of them out of position or trying to turn them into flankers or wingers. We don't need more of them, we need to start drafting more for need to build a team around the ones we already have.

My biggest peeve at draft time is the get ‘best available’ crew.

What if the ‘best available’ every year was a ruckman.. do we draft 10 ruckman in 10 years?..

It’s a ****ing stupid idea and because we’ve been busy drafting ‘best available’ mids forever - here we are..

Sadens me to say i probably wouldn't miss it the way its tracking. Could only stand 2 quarters last week and was done after 1 this week in our so called marque game.

Not sure about you, but this broke the camel's back, wherever the camel is. I went in expecting a thrashing, got a thrashing. First time this year my expectations have been that low, and the club failed to rise above them. That expectation won't change next week. We're digging our own unique Mariana Trench deeper and deeper. Only the most one-eyed fans will experience the normal post-loss rebound. Reality has set in for everyone else

Tomorrow is only Saturday, and we get Monday and Friday off;
I’m very content in the fact that I add significant value in my job and so sleep easy - so have no worry about taking a significant pay cheque and not delivering every week (not looking at anyone in particular LDU)
