Watched the highlights of the vfl game last night and I can understand why dogs fans are so bitter and dirty with Geelong.

30 years ago the western oval was an equivalent ground to kp. Have a look at the difference between the grounds now.

This game reminds me a bit of our game against the Giants.

Carlton seem to be doing most of the attacking but not taking advantage of it, while Giants take it up the other end and score most easily.

I wonder if we'd feel more or less optimistic about season 2025 if we had beaten St Kilda, Carlton and GWS but lost to Hawthorn, Collingwood and the Bulldogs. I'd be less optimistic.

Who do we want to win out of Hawthorn/Brisbane? For top 4 chances, maybe we just want to death ride whoever the loser is after this.

If we are hoping to sneak into 3rd/4th, then having Melbourne-based teams in the top 2 is better for us than it being Brisbane.
