It has nothing to do with the food chain. Those hunters don't kill for food, they do it because they like killing things. I eat meat, something I'll never properly reconcile myself with ethically but I don't go out and kill majestic animals for no better reason that I enjoy doing it.

I know this is the please me thread but I both hate and don't understand hunting. I get roo shooting and pig shooting and things like that even though I have no interest in being involved.
What do you get out of killing a large animal from a safe distance with a rifle? Not like you defeated a lion or gorilla or whatever with your bare hands.

Went up the GOR to see some waterfalls eps one i could find the other day.
Found the hidden waterfall i brought a tripod for my camera to get hopefully some decent shots.
Shites me i almost lost my tripod dropped it off the track almost in blackberry bushes.
I climbed down and then the bank fell apart while trying to get back up that was fun.
Then I fell over on slippery rocks this is fine wet pants wet shoes wet socks.
Keep on tracking and smashed out 2 more falls and a lookout.
Will go and do 3 more falls and a canyon and
Maybe point addis to anglesea 15k return.

But I stop recording while I was struggling to get back up.Maybe I should of let the camera run lol.
After the hidden falls I stopped recording, crossing the river was hard enough with my hands full lol.
I'll have more up soon I need to edit a bunch of vids.
I'll might be out n bout tomorrow with the dogs I'll have to look at low tides and be back in time to go to the footy.
