Broken leg is what Giantroo posted. Fractured Tibia.
That's what i thought when it happened.

He couldn't put any weight on his leg, thought it might have been a bone in his ankle but to break his shin - **** ... at least its only a break. They heal better and faster than ligaments and tendons.

Trembath is the anti Larkey. Physical presence in the air.

Would be great to see him develop into a darling-esque aerobic animal to be a point of difference.

Huge games from a host of blokes. Sheezel, LDU, Xerri and Curtis especially.

One of them will miss votes which is ridiculous.
He moves and has a similar build to Darling, almost a younger version of him.

Yeah I noticed in the GDT everyone giving it to him, but I thought he was involved in a lot of chains of scoring. He’s never gunna be a hard edged player, but I didn’t mind his game. Thought Bailey was far more ordinary.
Its the stupidity, off the wing at a ball up (1st quarter) his man leads him to the ball taking possession and Stephens goes our goal side of him. Taking himself completely out of the play.

Just another of our brain farts, thankful as a team it was far less today

And therein is the catch 22, stronger vs aerobic capacity
He needs to have a stronger core but he also needs to be harder at it instead of holding back ... but then he'd be absolutely elite, in the top few wings in the comp. He's only 24, could still do it.

Stephens is soft and physically weak but he works his backside off and does his job as well otherwise. If it gets to the point where he is our worst player and we're replacing him we won't lose a game for years.
Haha, nah he needs improve or be replaced for us to make finals imo. At full strength next year he's struggling.

We got an early sneakpeak of radio: Kane congratulated Harry and how hard it is to get 50+ and then in the same breath suggests its because Yze wouldn't put anyone near him haha.
Sarah Ollie had to bring it back to Harry and make sure Kane gave props

Crazy day for Sheezel.
Good win against a poor team.
Can't wait until we upset a quality team
Three of our five wins are against the Bottom 2.

Carlton in 12th the highest placed team we’ve beaten.

Fair to say, 2026 better see an explosion of wins.

Win was nice, but even in that game there was glaring issues from the first half that if not fixed over the summer, it’ll be another lean year

9) The Roos may have found their ideal midfield mix

It took until late in the season, but North Melbourne may have found its starting midfield for 2026. While gun ruck Tristan Xerri missed round 21 due to suspension, the mix started then when George Wardlaw returned, and has stuck. Alongside Wardlaw, Harry Sheezel and Luke Davies-Uniacke have taken the bulk of centre bounces since, along with veteran Luke Parker, and the mix looks perfect for the Roos, including in Sunday's comfortable win over Richmond in Hobart. It has seen captain Jy Simpkin pushed to a wing and Tom Powell move forward, and it could be the mix that takes the Kangaroos into the future. – Dejan Kalinic

Jy was very good on the wing yesterday

Hope we don't get too rigid. It is good to have a few guys running through there to mix it up (something the Tiges should have done in all honesty - we get concerned about our defensive running but the Hopper, Taranto, Prestia set-up is glacial).

However, it definitely appeared to be clicking like no other point in the season. George's game has gone under the radar - restrained attack on the ball coupled with classy disposal. Now to do it against a good team.
