I would agree, I went to a game back in the 80's where some bogan on the wing referred to Phil Narkle as " our Abo"!!
I was disgusted, but that was one supporter, how many games have I been too? WTF does that even mean? I'm not even remotely defending that club, not buying a membership, simply asking why the hatred?

In all my many years in the charcuterie posh exclusiveness of the MCC, The only 2 times someone has threatened to bash me was upset St Kilda supporters. Unfortunately for them I know Taekwondo.

Sounds like they're just desperate to keep the story going through to trade period.

Whether he stays or goes these journos are filthy of the earth types who will do anything to keep a story going. Sam McClure is the perfect example of that.

For people who have been around a fair while, do you remember the, conflict of interest argument around SOS being in charge of possibly recruiting his three sons and being in charge of their pay and contract lengths?

The idea that SOS could have possibly been conflicted was shouted down by most, after hearing the rumours the past week, does anyone look back and think that the conflict of interest argument might have actually held some truth?

A father supposedly offering his son a massive contract, well above his perceived worth, good for us, good for Jack, but to me, it still smells.

Also, could just be to raise his value for other clubs, but time will tell.
