I assumed I was back of level 4 based on the price. It turns out it's level one goal behind cheer squad. How are these the same price as back of level 4? Are they bad seats?

Yeah, exactly. It's not about "coffees" per se - it's two nice dinner dates with the spouse, or eight swimming lessons for the kids, or gym fees for ten weeks, or a new pair of work boots. All these various items fight for the same space in the family budget. But im already giving up 5 coffees a week on a mortgage, another 3 coffees a week to save on groceries and now a coffee a week to save on a one in nine year probability of being able to buy tickets to see my team play in a grand final.
Its a lot of coffees a week to give up.
Especially for someone who doesnt even drink coffee!
Yeah that was definitely my initial reaction.i would definitely prefer them than level 4 back
There are no bad seats at the MCG during a Grand Final. Unless it's 2008, in which case there were 100,024 bad seats.I assumed I was back of level 4 based on the price. It turns out it's level one goal behind cheer squad. How are these the same price as back of level 4? Are they bad seats?
Yeah thanks. That was what I was thinking.i think they classify it somewhat restricted view due to cheer squad doing cheer squad things.

I much prefer the arse end of Level 4 if I have to choose. Can see and hear the whole game - level 1 gets a bit shallow for mine, especially when the play is up the other end and the ball is on the ground.i would definitely prefer them than level 4 back
Thanks so much cats_09 . I'm absolutely rapt. I was happy with a seat anywhere TBH, but really happy with this. This is a slightly zoomed in view from Friday night - I was Row W behind the cheer squad and from a price point it's one of my fav seating areas in finals
The view can be slightly obstructed at times due to flags and other such stuff from the cheer squad, but it's pretty good seating

Yeah that's right - I know if you try standing room behind the goals what can happen is just as a goal is about to go through or a big contest in the goal square - people can get excited and stand up. That means everyone behind stands up and you can't really see what is going on.Yeah thanks. That was what I was thinking.

The way I see it you are there for the atmosphere. That def happened a bit of Friday night - more so after goals than during play
It's a bit of give & take sitting in that area
