Last week was unbearable

Same, this week is flying by for me. Last week felt like it was minute by minute.

Guess I'm just more at peace with the result. Brisbane are a great side, and they'd be worthy winners if they do indeed get us on Saturday. Dissapointing sure, but not heartbreaking IMO.

Had we lost last week though, to that mob? Don't even want to think about it, especially if they got the cup too.

This site, social media, and spending any time in Melbourne would've been unbearable for a minimum of 6 months.

Holmes and Mannagh are the two I expect big games from. Thought both had very nervy starts to the prelim but now they have moved through that, reckon they will be very confident.

Mannagh such a key player, a bad Mannagh game (burning chances and teammates) will bring up 08 memories, but if he is sharp, he can cut loose and bury them.

Daniel Hoyne raised an interesting stat on Sportsday. Geelong are ranked number 1 for points in red time (20 min mark) with 420+. Next best were the Bulldogs with something like 160. Lions are ranked 7th. He tipped Geelong.

Smith, Holmes, Dangerfield and Cameron are the guys in the box seat for the Norm, simply because they are the ones who tend to get BOG when we win.

Smokey chances are Miers and Mannagh, though because Gryan doesn't kick a heap of goals, he tends to pick up 1s and 2s.

The other ones are Blitz and Zuthrie, though if they are our best players, it generally indicates that we haven't had a good day.
