I don’t see any way they can get a curnow trade done unless there prepared to trade one of there guns . Marshall would be much more realistic for them

Stanley is cooked. Bizarre he's been given another year.
The advantage of Marshall is he's also an average (semi-decent?) midfielder. We clearly need as much help around the middle as possible.

Yeah that's it. Marshall takes over from Stanley. He doesn't make us better or solve a weakness but we still need to bring him in

Curnow is not realistic without top 10 picks. Marshall is possibly doable.

If Brisbane can win a flag with Darcy Fort and Oscar McInerney, then TDK and Marshall can be a great combo. Don't see why we trade him unless offered enormous overs.
Ok I'm not sure Marshall is your guy then but if he wants to go there then fair enough.
Ironically we are going to end up very short in ruck depth by the end of trade period unless things don't go to script.

Yes but look at his kicking either out of a ruck contest or when pressured.
It's dump kick floaters all game.
Marshall not only gives us an upgrade but his rucking can significantly help with the development of certain players. It's painstaking watching us concede most ruck duels.
God forbid if Brisbane stumbled across an A grade ruckman with the midfield they currently have.

Look at all the defenders we have, we have no need for SDK and to hand over a pick along with Marshall for him? Laughable.
Cats fans probably think they'll get him for about pick 450 in the draft. Plus you'll pay 90% of his salary.
Mind you, league would probably sign off on that..........
