Just sat through a 2 hour marketing call with our OS team, ****in painful. Anyway at the end the dumb campaigner has to send an invite for the next one, "ok no worries, I'll send it for 4:30pm Melbourne time on xxx date". Just got the meeting request, it was for 4:30am on that date!

I was already laughing when he was the one who got requested to send the follow up invite, he deadset sent it one minute after the meeting finished. So keen to impress yet he ****ed up (again)

Trying to shop earlier and those massive trolleys with staff doing click and collect were everywhere blocking aisles. They're aggressive with them as well jamming them up in your grill expecting you to move.

I think I have replied on this before - because everyone NEEDS my opinion - but I have sympathy with workers just trying to meet the demands of the job.

At the same time I resent the amount of time and money I spend in the labyrinth of the modern supermarket, the main goal of which is to hinder you and squeeze every last dollar, right up to the checkout with sweets right in the eye-line of children.

Another obstacle to me getting in and getting out - specially so well-off people don't have to even go in to shop - is annoying, yes. But the culprit is the company hoovering up our money and squeezing workers pay and conditions to sponge up more.

I think I have replied on this before - because everyone NEEDS my opinion - but I have sympathy with workers just trying to meet the demands of the job.

I can tolerate getting cleaned up by the click and collect employee at a pinch, but it’s competing with them AND those stocking the shelves at the same time that does my head in.

The fact Coles has kids running around on minimum wage stocking click and collect orders for about 10 at once and interrupting my very busy Friday arvo schedule got me fired up. Damn I hate supermarkets

I usually do my grocery shopping at IGAs or Farmer Jack's rather than Woolworths or Coles.

No click and collect people there, they have people serving the checkouts just like old times.
