Current Draft Picks:
Round 1: 1, 2, 13

List Spots Available (39 of 48):
• Main list (33 of 38) - 5* (in: Starcevich, Young out: Allen, Ryan, Chesser, Hunt, Petruccelle, Jamieson)
• Cat A rookie list (5 of 8) - 3* (in: Robertson (pending), out: Rawlinson)

Saints only have picks 50and 65 this year worth SFA. They may get something from Cats for Marshall but tipped to be F1.

Backing off Aleer means more options for us with Ryan.

Ryans manager should be on the phone to other Clubs if Liam seriously wants out of West Coast, otherwise I think he will be back at MRP next season.

Saints have been on a big shopping spree and have now blown their budget.

Wow.

Talk about leaving a player hanging hgh and dry.

Rightly or wrongly players are commodities now. the Players treat their contracts and their clubs with distain and I see unfortunately that the clubs are going to start to become very much less caring about players feeling going forward because of this.

I'm happy with a F2 for Ryan.

Bolstering next years draft hand, is smart business.

Clarke is having a much better year two in the wheelhouse.

This is a disgusting deal, our 2027 F3 going back to them is hilarious. God Clark stinks.

So.

What's happening in the 2027 draft?

What would our F3rd be?

Maybe stop and think before replying.

Here's a clue.

Saints F2 is thereabouts

A 2027 F3 is basically worthless especially when we’ll be back in finals by then

Wait to hear the full details, could have other parts moving. And yeah if Tassie is in the 2027 draft an F3 will be a pretty lousy pick.

Good but not great. Here is hoping we start to improve in 2027 though it is a compromised pick anyway.

Well, I guess we know why St Kilda pulled out of the Aleer deal. They have f-all left in draft picks this year and now their second round pick next year, which was specifically the Giants' asking price, is gone.

For what it's worth, they were offering Aleer more than $700k per year so a future 2nd is a perfectly reasonable ask by GWS.

Agree, Ryan is not really worth much other than Eagles fans heart strings. I think we are doing a good job in this trade. Would love us to acquire a seasoned Midfielder but it's clear thats not going to happen.

Our F3 will be a 10-14 pick upgrade on St Kilda’s F2 even with Tassie.

Ryan was contracted, any half decent list manager would’ve not had to include our F3.
If we're reliant on a F3 in 2027 to assist our list build then we're well and truly ****ed.
