Fahey is the one I'd be tempted to get as a DFA.

Lovely kick, good speed. No shame in being denied senior opportunities behind Whitfield and Ash either.

Only real caveat is whether the Woolloomooloo incident was symptomatic of greater douchebaggery, or it was just an isolated dumb mistake that became an opportunity for learning.

Strongly suspect your last paragraph is the real issue.

Must be off-field issues. It seems wild, even with his tone-deaf antics, that there hasn't been a line-up akin to the Sydney bullion exchange, for a free hit at a bloke of his talents.

Was Hobbs that bad?

Thought he'd have a solid 7/10 Atley level career.
Having the "Essendon Fraud" attachment never seemed appropriate for this "David Calthorpe in an almost ironed shirt" fraud who sits before you, twinkling his lashes.

What did he actually do?

I think we need a NMFC BF Court of Law, verdict. I'm of the opinion that if he's unhinged but good, who gives a fuq? We're so off broadway that it's likely a selling point for this degen, if he's a degen. I don't care if he's a degen, as long as he hit targets with a bit of toe, whatevs.

Degen me up.

Jed Walter from the Suns is who we should be working on and making a big $ offer for at seasons end.
Dropped late in the season, and the suns must be pushing cap space after signing Petracca.
I’d much prefer we use our first round picks to trade for a 20 year old key forward, rather than a 30 year old key forward like Curnow.

With JUH going up there also, Jed Walters position will be harder to hold onto if JUH plays well enough to keep him out.

I'm unsure why people keep jumping at delisted player announcements.

We're barely going to be able to delist enough to take the mandatory picks at the draft with the sudden slashing of our rookie picks.

Agree 100000%. Put a deal together like Port put forward for Naz.

Unfortunately we have Rawlings making these decisions but you’re right in making this statement.
Maybe 7 years at 1.2 Million which atm is steep but his properly on maybe $2-300k a year atm could tempt him with almost a million $$$ pay increase but need to do it now by putting in the ground work to get him to our club.
As the professional clubs in the AFL will be doing anything to get him.

It's weird that we're not great but also looking at close to minimum player turnover.

Not a criticism just found it quirky.
More than quirky - you could not get more evidence of incompetent list management over an extended period of time than the NMFC taking 2 picks in the ND after taking all of Charlie Spargo in the trading period and having no pick in the top 20 in the upcoming draft.

List management has been that bad for that long it is now in the....we don't know what our objectives are or our strategy is however we'll just see how it goes and hope no one notices.....

good call; perfect follow-up to Darling

Have we completely ruled out paying out someone?
