To annoy Sydney.I heard this and now it's been said publicly on the welcome draftees video my question is this.
Why did we bid on Max King, then?

Not really if you nominate for the draft you still harbour AFL aspirations obviously and it's not as though he wouldn't be welcomed back at Southport if he misses out with us?I assume they don't need to take up our invitation - would take a big punt to move to Adelaide on the hope he might get a rookie spot
Haha I think there's a bit of that...Kurt Tippett gone but not forgotten...Jesse White well forgotten LOLTo annoy Sydney.

And why didn’t we try to trade up before pick 50?I heard this and now it's been said publicly on the welcome draftees video my question is this.

Probably bid because we knew Sydney had their eyes on Archie, it's no coincidence Sydney then took another very developable KPF in Liam Hetherton as a prelisted rookieAnd why didn’t we try to trade up before pick 50?
Huh? It was our turn. How could Sydney nab Ludowyke before us?Makes perfect sense to me given Sydney then took another very developable KPF Liam Hetherton who like Ludowyke had faced an injury restricted top age draft year but even moreso. Pretty obviously we had decent intel Sydney were going to nab Archie Ludowyke before us and thus get both Max King and Archie if we didn't bid, we'd have also have been certain Sydney would match their highly rated player King given how far he'd slipped. Both Ludowyke and Hetherton were that highly rated coming into the season they were both AFL Academy invitees.

Settling some old scores seems to have been on the agenda then given the Kurt Tippett scenario and Sydney's carry on over the Dawson PSD threat.Huh? It was our turn. How could Sydney nab Ludowyke before us?
#38Is number 38 the other boy having a shot at the last spot? If it is I tell you what he’d want to get out of 1st gear. Number 40 was motoring.
I know who I’d prefer just watching that .
Looked like the new one Foot to my eyes. Could well be wrong. Whoever it was got shown up#38
That was Sholl's number wasn't it, didn't look like Sholl?

Not today, isn’t due back until next week. Was #4 Cal Ah Chee out there today?
According to Zero Hanger Brisbane were returning on November 7 which seemed odd for a Grand Finalist, Geelong on November 21?Not today, isn’t due back until next week.

When does your club return to pre-season training?
Nine clubs will return to the track today. See when your club begins pre-season training.www.zerohanger.com
What I'm getting at is Rankine and Tom Mcguane 20m sprint test are basically the same.If he was 0.06 seconds faster he'd be in the top 10 of all time.
Thats 60 milliseconds. Like, a 16th of a second. At an olympic sprinters max speed (which those guys probably don't hit in only 20m?) we're talking somewhere in the realm of 20 centimeters ahead.
I don't know how they actually measure it, but just being unlucky in your stride, or sticking your hand out would easily double or triple that distance.
What are we talking about here? I'm not sure what we're arguing about. Rankine is fast as all hell.
How much does this even matter? What you really want is the Andrew McLeod, Charlie Cameron type movement. Insane acceleration for your first few steps, putting you out of arms reach.
inwoukdnt be surprised if the club offer Foot the SSP spot as he is more AFL ready and get McGuane over to play in the Crows sanfl team with the option of to rookie him in 2026
