Me putting on sun cream

Colleage: you know that stuff will give you cancer right?

5 minutes later: "hey where's Nathan" ah he's off having a cigarette break

Being told by a colleague who is out of shape, unfit and smokes. You know eggs are high in cholesterol, protein ppwder has chrmicals in it.

When I explain why I don't drink i go to the gym, i want better recovery, I want to go for a drive later, I want to hike tomorrow I get some ****wit pressing me about it

You do you boo.

I love a hike and a beer afterwards 🍺.

Don’t stress mate. I’m never offended.

Unless some campaigner puts my chips under my schnitzel. That’s a paddlin

Im reel good at offering people with not meaning to do it .

4 days ago I was in Minneapolis where it was -6. Today I'm home and it's 31. Was not ready for that summer..
Welcome back MR Smoothy

As opposed to walking outside in Australia in summer? The UV index should just be set to "**** off" 3-4 months of the year.
I'm playing/umpiring cricket every weekend so I don't give a shit what chemicals are in sunscreen, it's still 100x better than the alternative of not using it.

They have a nice outdoor area now don't they? Such a nice airport that one

Last time i was there (just pre-Covid) that was the setup. And yes great airport, I had a 12 hour layover there once on a work trip so booked a hotel there, was about $150US from memory and my room was right above the departure lounge for my flight, just down the escalator, very convenient.

My first spring since moving back to VIC and i had to get a 90 pack of antihistamines - NEVER had that problem in QLD!
I was the same. Had it terribly in Vic. Never been an issue in Qld.

i moved from WA to SE Qld for no other reason than my sinuses and respiratory issues
I've never had hay fever in this country but if I went to visit my Nana in Devon during summer something they grow there would set me off.

Vic is the worst state for hayfever, and I'm pretty sure stats show that the Bellarine Peninsular area has one of the highest pollen counts in the country

From about 4.5yrs I grew up in the Geelong region without any issues, then went to Canberra for uni and within 48hrs of returning home in November following my first year, my eyes were bright red

It's now a yearly occurrence unfortunately - nasal sprays get good use now days as I find them more effective than tablets

You should see me by the time March rolls around. Two-tone neck where the collar sits.
That's something I miss about cricket, the arm tan by March is usually on point

I usually get the extra personal scan at airports, probably because I look too innocent to be true 😉. Anyway, last time, among the second scanners was a young lady in a hijab. Would she be allowed to scan men?
Only time I got anything extra was at Changi where security swabbed my bag. Other than that same as everyone else.
