To be fair I don't think they could do much more with the pace they had.
No way! He had the pit stop over Oscar in second, his ONLY chance was to come back out and back Oscar and Lando back into Charles - it was Oscars only chance also (ie Charles colliding with Lando)

Soft as butter - describes the whole night

If day so, just didn’t like the sound of it
Was clearly a comment back in regards to the commentators curse. Absolute nothing comment that needs no analysis.

That bloody antonelli thing was so crucial and all these stupid things where McLaren favoured Norris.
Nah it meant nothing - without those two points McLaren would have just swapped Lando and Oscar at the end.

10 points in baku and 4 points in brazil sprint race would have had him upto his neck in this championship.

I think the monza swap really messed him up. I am certain his mental bandwidth was fully occupied by his growing distrust of the team.

Maybe but thats where Webber needs to earn his money and overcome it with a sports psych or if he cant get him into another team. Oscar is quick so has to make the most of it.

God I hope we boo the living shit out of Zak and Lando when they come to Melbourne next year .

Nothing surer zak in particular.

Not just oscar, but all the losers on here during the season and in the media who also said it would all come back to him due to being such a nice guy and "deserving" of karma...

He made too many mistakes, that is the bottom line. Any crap about McLaren costing him is simply not true

Maybe but I dont think he could they didnt have the tires hooked up well enough for it but I take your point.

Lando not getting a penalty for the yuki incident when he should have was crucial.

Lando made more mistakes but preferential treatment got him home. This is simply true unless youre in a parallel universe.

For every driving mistake he made, he made another by never ever standing up to his team.

Just once this year, had he stood up, this outcome wouldn't be happening.

But he didnt.
