Polkinghorne looks a real aerial talent - terrific judgement and a vice like , one grab touch.Ollie Henry better grab that third tall forward spot as quickly as possible coz Polkinghorne is coming.

Foot. Maybe not good either
Fitness permitting, if Edwards goes well again next week I don't see why he can't debut early.

When they have had Dempsey Atkins and worps in the middle we have won the game.Last 5 mins better there
Yeah but could hurt his development if not good. Real shame as I thought he could make leaps this year in vfl.Last thing we need is another tall injured although he wasn't playing afl this year anyway.
A bit of chatter here about how good he has lookedI'd have liked to have seen more of Joe Pike.

Never nice being down to the old enemy (even in pre-season!) but that's all we needed out of today realistically.Edwards, Polk, Hoffman and Wiltshire have really put their hands up today.
You'd reckon the first 3 are near certainties to debut this year and Wiltshire might have Stengle's spot early on.
Just telling you what I heard the cats coaching team say at the ground. (I tend to listen more to them than my bf family)This board in shambles with Wiltshire and Pike looking decent. Pretty sure there was talk of them being the worst listed players in afl history last year when we resigned them.
Could have had 7. I know it's a practice game, but that's something...Polkinghorne again...
Yeah I have noticed that today he is a nice user of the ball, I think he can be a very good AFL player.I know George aint the fastest but damn can he deliver the ball.
