The Herald Sun are running an online poll for the Sportsman, Sportswoman and Team of the Year on their website, and Gary Ablett and Geelong have been nominated. Gary's up against the likes of Cadel Evans, Casey Stoner and Glenn McGrath, amongst others, while the all conquering Cats are up against the likes of the Victory, Storm, and the Australian cricket and netball teams.

Just log onto the Herald Sun website http://www.heraldsun.com.au and cast your vote. Voting closes on the 18th December.

Would be good to see another two accolades added to those we've already racked up this season.

Sorry Winty but I voted for Cadel Evans. He won the European pro tour which is an incredible achievement... Obviously I voted for the Cats as the team of the year!
