He was indeed. Remember reading an excerpt from his book in the paper that he and his best mate were Port supporters and his mate wouldn't change when the Roo started playing AFL. Pretty sure that they had a big falling out about 15 years later and I think he died and they had never reconciled.

This tip rat was a nurse in the hospital department that I work at, I am not surprised one little bit that she would post something like this!

Kanes just lucky that she didnt actually spit in his face - I certainly wouldnt put it past her!

I can confirm that she is 100% a Cow member, and has been for many years.

If this was one of our gutter trash members - yes we have plenty of them as well - posting this about Bickley or Rowe, they would be named and shamed with formal apologies demanded.

agree if it was our supporters it would be in the paper on tv (definately ch7)and our club would be asked by all to find this person find out if they are a member and sanction them

Agreed. Not sure there is a more hypocritical supporter base in the league either. Have never had a positive experience when attending a crows home game, even when I'm just going with mates as a neutral supporter. Once went to a game with a Collingwood supporter relative. The person next to me saw I was with a Collingwood fan, quite literally stuck.his nose up at the two of us and shifted in his seat to the other side of his seat to give himself an extra 6 inches of space because he couldn't be near, as he delicately said to his wife, "the bloody ferals."

Their whole club disgusts me. The only good thing I've experienced with that club was when my mum was quoted in the paper telling (then CEO Trigg) "stuff you and your team."

In situations like this, I always like to chuckle at the fact that we only have old photos, and diary entries to piece together the lives of our ancestors. In the future, people will be looking at their genetics abusing random footballers, taking selfies and whinging to telecommunications companies online.

You're talking about a group of supporters that had to start another official Supporters Group because the first one thought they were better than everyone else, which started a civil war at games where they'd abuse each other and hit each other with flags poles.

They call us feral, and like all clubs we certainly have our share of bogans, and the odd shit human who does something violent/racist....... but a fan base that literally hates itself? That's beyond feral.
