I know it's Richmond and round 1, but Carlton aren't going to get many better opportunities to win a game than they did tonight.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that GC, Dogs, St Kilda, Freo and Port (my tip to slide, especially with some promising kids who will be given a go) are going to present easier opportunities.

Now, we did do ok against Richmond this game last year (including being the only side other than the Pies in the prelim to lead Richmond in the last quarter at the MCG all year!), and then fell away not showing the same effort for the entire year. So all 5 of those teams will beat us if we do that again.

But if we can bring the 2nd and 3rd quarter effort v those teams, I'm going to think we can split those games 50-50.
